Daylike Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Daylike ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Daylike is a habit tracking application that provides:

• Daily habit tracking and streak counting
• Creator routine templates inspired by public figures
• Gamification features including stars, planets, and badges
• Personalized push notifications and weekly summaries
• Cross-device data synchronization

• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Monthly Plan: Auto-renews monthly at the displayed price.
• Annual Plan: Auto-renews annually at the displayed price.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: No refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests may be submitted to Apple.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before renewal at the new price.

• You must be 13 years or older to use Daylike.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

• Daylike, its design, code, and content are owned by ByungSoo Ko.
• Creator routine data is sourced from publicly available information and is presented for educational and inspirational purposes.
• You retain ownership of your personal habit data, notes, and progress.
• The Daylike name, logo, and branding are trademarks of ByungSoo Ko.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
